BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton has an opening for a Director of Business Development. Dense, developed, yet compact territory with 750K+ residents plus 9 hospitals, numerous medical providers and other healthcare facilities. Region covers Frisco, The Colony, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Addison, western Preston Hollow, and a few adjacent Dallas zip codes. Marketing opportunities in Irving as well. Healthcare marketing experience with North Dallas hospitals and physicians strongly preferred.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and key decision makers
- Achieve revenue targets and objectives
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Director of Business Development Requirements:
- Proven experience and track record in business development, sales, or related field
- Previous professional sales training required. Experience with pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, other healthcare sales, and/or B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and technology skills for customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
