We are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator who will act as the bedrock for our customer interactions. You will be the welcoming voice and helping hand that will bring satisfaction and a sense of partnership to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing a level of service that fosters customer intimacy and loyalty.
- Process and manage customer orders from inception to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Efficiently maintain "Just in Time" (JIT) inventory levels to meet customer demands without excess.
- Tackle customer forecasting needs with a sharp eye, ensuring that we anticipate and align with their demand trends.
- Prepare and update daily reports to keep the team informed regarding customer activities and order statuses.
- Proactively address any order or service issues and work across departments to implement solutions.
- Employ a problem-solving mindset to quickly and effectively resolve customer service inquiries, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service (not a call center), sales support, or a similar role.
- An Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred. A H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Aptitiude for working under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
