Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves using DMP's ERP system to track orders, update customers, and ensure 100% accuracy in order status validation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize DMP's ERP system to monitor and track customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their order status.
- Validate and verify the accuracy of order information to ensure 100% accuracy in records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth order processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems; experience with [specific ERP system used by DMP] is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
