Job Description
Our Corporate Warranty team is currently looking to add a Warranty Invoice Booker to our Corporate Warranty team! This position can work remotely from anywhere in the continental United States. This position will assist our company network in the accurate and prompt submission of warranty claims. This role requires interdepartmental collaboration to obtain necessary information, ensure proper documentation, and prepare the final invoicing packet for submission to various manufacturers according to company and OEM policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Daily work in process management for all warranty repairs.
-
Review warranty invoice information and documentation to ensure it is ready for processing.

Collaborate with the service and parts departments on missing information for warranty invoices and update notes in the Dealer Management System (Procede).

Collaborate with Services teams on feedback of improper procedures.

Utilizes Warranty tool DMS to process warranty invoices and export to DTNA OWL system

Utilizes Dealer Management System to close warranty invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

Submit CPWA claims in DTNA OWL warranty system.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Relevant work experience in customer service, warranty claims, and technical product support

Knowledge of warranty criteria and guidelines for each manufacturer is highly beneficial

Proven ability to communicate and positively engage with team members, vendors, and customers to favorably obtain necessary information and resolve warranty claims

Strong organization skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused outlook

Detail-oriented preparation of documents necessary for warranty submission, including editing for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and spelling
