We're seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team specializing in carbon steel tank head production. If you're experienced in handling various electrical systems, reading schematics, and troubleshooting, we want you! Your role is crucial in ensuring our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work with diverse electrical systems, from 3 phase 480 down to 24 vdc, to maintain and fix equipment.
- Interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics to solve issues.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, plasma tables, hydraulic presses, and flangers.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Perform regular maintenance on electrical components.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role.
- Skills in working with various electrical systems and reading schematics.
- Familiarity with operating CNC machines, plasma tables, hydraulic presses, and flangers.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs.
