Revolve Hair is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Operations Manager dedicated to driving growth, operational efficiency, and innovation within the luxury salon and wellness industry. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing operations, elevating client experiences, propelling expansion across our multi-location salons, and providing comprehensive financial oversight, ensuring profitability and collaborating on strategic decision-making. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing operational excellence, leading diverse teams, and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
Along with these core responsibilities, this role includes serving as the chief of sta to the founder Alicia M. Cook. This offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a seasoned entrepreneur, contributing to the success of a brand that prioritizes sustainability, wellness, luxury client service, and personal development. In addition, this position entails the oversight of both the established 14-year Southampton location and the recently launched West Village location, ensuring the effective management of both sites to guarantee seamless operations and sustained growth.

Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership and Tactical Execution:
- Take ownership of daily operational tasks to relieve the owner of day-to-day management responsibilities, allowing the owner to focus on strategic growth and business development initiatives.
- Oversee the business's financial performance, analyze data, and collaborate on making strategic decisions to optimize profitability, including budgeting and sales incentive ideas.
- Apply strong project management skills to systematically execute the implementation of salon processes, systems, and strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational objectives across all salon locations.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational eectiveness and meet business objectives, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the owner to establish and refine processes that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth, while actively overseeing and executing the implementation of these processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Building and Development:
- Work collaboratively with the operational team to prioritize exceptional customer service and ensure a positive and memorable salon experience for every client.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
- Hire, train, and mentor salon staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, creativity, and collaboration.
- Enhance team morale and performance through effective leadership and empowerment.
Client Experience and Brand Growth:
- Spearhead initiatives to elevate the client experience, ensuring Revolve Hair's reputation for exceptional service.
- Drive brand growth and expansion efforts, aligning operational strategies with the company’s vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in multi-location salon/spa or retail environments, with a strong background in project management.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record in hiring and developing talent.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an adeptness at fostering collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing operational systems and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high performance.
- A strategic, process-oriented mindset, with an aptitude for creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Compensation Range:
- $80,000 to $100,000 per year
