Our mission at Engagex is to be creators of positive interactions. We partner with insurance agents to strengthen their customer relationships by scheduling policy review meetings with already existing customers.
We are looking for a reliable Call Agent to connect with current insurance clients via outbound phone calls and schedule policy review meetings with their agent. This is a customer service focused position, NOT a sales role. We value individuals who can actively listen, be dependable, effectively communicate, use positive language, demonstrate timeliness, be adaptable, have grit, and show empathy to those they interact with.

Pay is PERFORMANCE BASED up to $20 (minimum $12 an hour). Each month your hourly rate will be calculated from how many appointments you were able to set per hour on average in the previous month.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 8pm, and Friday from 8am-6pm. YOU SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE, but you are expected to adhere to the schedule you submit. Your schedule will stay consistent Mon-Fri from week to week unless a schedule request change is requested. Call agents are required to work a minimum of 12 hours per week and maximum of 28 hours per week.
This is an in office position. NO remote work is available for this position.
