The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely receiving, organizing, picking, and staging materials in the warehouse. They are also responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the warehouse and dock area.
Daily duties will include monitoring and replenishing par levels on essential consumable items and critical materials as well as assisting with or coordinating various maintenance and shipping activities related to equipment and vehicles.

Role Requirements/Essential Job Functions: Maintain the warehouse organization – receive, pick, stage, label and re-stock materials Maintain the warehouse environment – sweep and remove debris/hazards, pallets, reels, trash Vehicle maintenance – monitor and maintain shared vehicles and trailers as needed, monitor and assist techs with assigned vehicles, establish records and follow up on repair efforts and completion Equipment maintenance – coordinate shipping and maintain records on the whereabouts, repairs and annual calibration requirements Inventory – control material inventory accuracy through system processes and physical counts Coordination – Area Director, Superintendent, Head of Fleet and Supply Chain, Fleet Maintenance Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Stand for long periods of time Kneel, bend and stoop on a regular basis Lift up to 75lbs Ability to operate a forklift effectively Proficient computer skills Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management procedures Strong people and communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Must have VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
Education and Experience: 2+ years of warehouse management experience Have (or willing to get) OSHA 10 Experience operating forklifts General mechanic skills a PLUS!
