Northwest Podiatric Laboratory, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team (M-F 7am-3:30pm). Our relationships with our customers are the cornerstone of our business and we are committed to continuing to provide our customers with top-notch service. You Will:
- Foster and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal and external customers
- Answer phone calls, emails, and chats
- Help customers with questions about their orders
- Consult with doctors about basic orthotic questions
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Be accountable, show humility and be approachable

You Have:
· 2+ years’ customer service experience
· 1+ years' experience with customer service software databases
· A helping heart/natural inclination to want to help others
· A combination of both technical savviness and empathy as well as a positive a and professional attitude
· Ability to communicate and stay calm under pressure
· Ability to learn quickly and not be afraid of a challenge
· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook)
· Experience with medical terminology is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
