Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team. The APM will play a critical role in supporting our project management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of commercial drywall projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize Blue Beam, Quick Bid, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software for project estimation and planning.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial drywall.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam, Quick Bid, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) is essential.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
