As a Retail Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Be that leader that is actively involved and setting the culture for your store. Engaging with your team and assisting them to deliver a great customer experience while teaching them on how to be successful in wireless sales.
- Utilize your planning and organizational skills to set your store up for success. Create that environment the represents the T-Mobile brand. Teach your teams on how to create a safe, secure, and profitable environment.
- Utilize your skills in analyses and problem solving. Leverage the ability to partner with others to achieve better results for your team and company.
- Create and execute communication strategies for individuals, store team, and others in meetings, emails, and group discussions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar position.
- Experience with performance evaluation process
- Good math skills with ability to analyze reports and sales statistics
- Leadership and organizational ability
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible to work various shifts
- High School Diploma required
