Join Our Team as an In-Store Program Ambassador / Territory Manager!
Heritage Home Service is looking for a dynamic individual to become an In-Store Program Ambassador / Territory Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores across NH and MA.

Build and maintain relationships with store managers and employees.

Train associates on lead generation techniques (Monday through Wednesday).

Conduct weekend lead generation events (Friday through Sunday).

Train and develop additional promoters to support weekend events.

Ensure stores meet budgeted revenue requirements through effective lead generation.

Conduct 3 to 5 product knowledge sessions each week to train associates on generating quality leads.

Engage with customers to set appointments for free estimates on HVAC system replacements and discounted seasonal tune-ups.

Hire and manage PT Weekend Lead Generation Promoters to run multiple events each weekend.

Experience in training, leadership, marketing, or sales.

Work Friday through Wednesday; off every Thursday.

Typical workweek includes half-days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as needed.

Up to $80,000 per year target compensation.

Base pay of $20 to $25 per hour, guaranteed.
