We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in affirmative action planning and data collection for reporting
- Employee record management
- Support strategic planning initiatives through HR data analysis
- Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in HR sourcing and recruitment efforts using platforms like INN-FLOW
Experience:
- Proven experience in human resources functions
- Familiarity with lever, ADP ,Inn-Flow , or similar HR software
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
