Lead Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide instruction and guidance to students in various subjects, including physical education, learning technology, and behavioral health
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote student engagement and success
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
