Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front of the House Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, assist the executive chef and general manager, and be in charge of scheduling servers, bussers, bartenders and barbacks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record in restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the service side of the restaurant and overall customer experience
- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Skills:
- Experience in food service, and restaurant management
- Proficiency with POS systems and time tracking

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
