Sales Representative/Account Manager
Gen 3 Roofing is going to change the roofing/storm chasing market. If you enjoy being outside, are adventurous, and love meeting new people, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities:
Corresponding with Customers:
- Manage daily tasks while building and maintaining excellent rapport with the team, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain professionalism at all times, creating a positive work atmosphere.
- Activity equals success. Maintain a level of contacts per week to grow your funnel as well as future leads. Door to door sales will be required at various levels throughout this job, but can be limited by networking.
- Correspond with customers via email and phone for inquiries, inspections, repairs, and questions about the billing/roofing process.
Job Detail Input/Supplementing/Insurance Negotiations:
- Quickly learn and understand the entire claims process, as about 80% of insurance claims are initially incorrect.
- Become knowledgeable about municipal codes, and confirm code compliance with insurance adjusters.
- Communicate and supply proper pictures to supplement team anything that might be needed to ensure a properly constructed job.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough property inspections and document damages to provide recommendations for claims. Consistently fulfill the proper picture checklist (will be provided during training)
- Canvas neighborhoods regularly to generate leads and sales.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure fair inspections and quality results.
- Guide homeowners through the restoration process, educating them on claims and serving as a liaison with insurance companies.
- Build accurate material and labor estimates using our CRM software.
- Communicate proactively with the operations team using cloud-based software to upload photos, claims, and updates.
- Maintain and utilize CRM and lead tracking software, updating customer information as needed.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Leverage sales material to build a strong customer base.
- Facilitate and oversee final collection on sales accounts and obtain favorable reviews from customers.
Project Management:
- Review and approve pre-production plans before the start of each project.
- Ensure correct material delivery by visiting job sites before roof installations.
- Collect down payments and answer any pending questions from homeowners.
- Coordinate with roofing crews to ensure proper installation.
- Complete final inspections and document outstanding issues that need additional work.
Teamwork:
- Demonstrate effective time management and initiative in seeking out additional tasks when prior work is completed.
- Uphold Gen3’s values daily and maintain proper workplace etiquette.
