- Ins is a dynamic team in Operations that works alongside the Securities Lending desk to ensure timely settlement of trades to avoid firm regulatory/reputational risk.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- degree with some experience in financial services
- analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
- for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide array of internal partners with differing levels of product experience
- and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability, has strong organizational skills and time management, as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- of applicable SEC and FINRA mandated regulations such as SEC Reg SHO (specifically Rule 204 and Rule 203(b)), SEC Rule 15c3-3, and FINRA Rule 11810
- knowledge of NSCC’s CNS system for netting short/long sales and DTCC’s applications such as SMART/Track, Obligation Warehouse, Participant Browser Services, and Settlement Web
- knowledge of Canadian equity settlements/CDS and buy-in procedures
