We’re on the lookout for a motivated property and casualty insurance sales producer to join us as we grow. Whether you’re already licensed or need assistance to get licensed, we can use you!

Your Role:
- Quote and sell incoming phone and web leads.
- Reach out to former customers or people we have quoted in the past to give an updated quote to.
- Focus heavily on sales (95% of your tasks), with limited customer service duties.
- We are a larger agency so we run a specialized business model meaning half of the office does service and the other half does strictly sales.
- Cold calling when not taking agency provided leads to keep your pipeline full.
- This position does require a monthly quota to be met.
What We Provide:
- A competitive base salary along with a very high and competitive commission structure.
- This is a performance based position that leaves you in control of your money. The more you sell, the more you make. We have a tiered commission structure.
- A $1000 sign-on bonus for those with at least one year of insurance sales experience. $350 bonus if unlicensed to help reimburse you for the licensing cost.

This is a full-time position based in our downtown Tyler office and requires you to be on-site. Remote or hybrid positions available after successful onboarding. We operate Monday through Friday and have paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $130,000 per year. Anything less than $60,000 per year means quota is not being met.
