Requirements
- High School or equivalent (GED)
- At least 2-4 years previous clerical and/or customer service experience
- Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
- Professional phone voice, demeanor and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Superior customer relation skills
- Demonstrated POS and MS Office proficiency
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to use and learn computer-based inventory control systems
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
- Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
- Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
- Perform all other duties as assigned
