Salary: $120,000 to $150,000/per annum plus bonus compensation
based on experience level, skillset, and previous project accomplishments. This is a full-time position with travel required as necessary
Position Overview:
The ISPM will be responsible for managing and prioritizing tasks for developers, overseeing IT and development teams, maintaining website presence, enhancing user interaction with technology, and supporting technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, professional, and assertive demeanor, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sprint Production:
· Task Management: Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and manage a detailed task list for developers.
· Prioritization: Assess and prioritize tasks based on business needs and impact, ensuring the most critical tasks are completed first.
· Coordination: Coordinate with the development team to ensure they have a clear understanding of the tasks and deadlines.
· Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of each sprint, ensuring timely completion and addressing any blockers promptly.
Oversight and Management of IT/Developers:
· Metrics: Develop, monitor metrics and make recommendations based on metric results
· Accountability: Hold the development team accountable for meeting deadlines and
· achieving desired results.
· Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and
· setting goals for improvement.
· Team Development: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment,
· encouraging continuous learning and development.
· Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges and ensure the team has the necessary
· resources and support to overcome obstacles.
Website Presence and Management:
· Maintenance: Regularly review and update the website to ensure it is current, functional, and aligned with our branding.
· Improvements: Identify improvements and implement changes to enhance user experience
· Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and user
· behavior, making data-driven decisions for optimizations.
User Interaction with Technology:
· Interface Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the interface is intuitive,
· aesthetically pleasing, and meets user needs.
· User Feedback: Gather feedback from users to identify pain points of the customer
· Testing: Conduct User testing sessions to validate design, accuracy, and completeness of
· design choices, ensuring a seamless deployment and user experience.
· Updates: Implement updates and enhancements based on user feedback and evolving
· industry standards.
Technology Implementation/Integration:
· Project Management: Plan and manage the implementation and resources needed for
- new technologies and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
· Solution Architect: Design processes/services to solve problems within the business
· Training: Provide support to the team to facilitate the adoption of new systems.
· Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems,
- coordinating with external vendors as needed.
· Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented technologies and
- adjust as necessary to optimize performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a
· product management environment.
- Experience in SAAS and cloud systems
- Ability to work remotely and use collaborative tools within the organization
- Strong project management, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with website management and user interface design.
- Familiarity with technology implementation and integration.
- Background in developing and leading a team.
