Job Title: Customer Service/Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
Have an amazing and upbeat attitude with a smile greeting each customer on the phone and in person.
Dedication to customer satisfaction.
Schedule/Dispatch/Route all irrigation and lighting technicians.
Monitor appointments daily for all service departments.
Confirm all pre-paid service customers are serviced properly per agreement.
Create irrigation start up, service and winterization calendars
Update customers on service appointments and changes in schedule.
Maintain customer files electronically
Lot markings: order markings, track tickets, contact locates with issues
Cover the reception desk when required and various other tasks to maintain an office.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Punctual and dependable.
Follow company core values.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Dispatching experience
Ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
