Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and managing reservations
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel management, or guest services is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
