The Opportunity:
As Marketing Manager, Loyalty, Beauty Insider, your primary focus will be innovating and managing the Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar, with a secondary focus on marketing campaigns and events that engage our most loyal clients in the program. Management of the Rewards Bazaar involves a high level of strategy, influence, coordination, planning, forecasting and partnership with sampling, inventory, production, email, site, and brand marketing teams. This person will oversee the execution of loyalty rewards and samples and own marketing to drive the redemption of those rewards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty, you will help drive client engagement and support the growth and development of arguably the number one loyalty program.
In addition, you will:
- Optimize client engagement with the Beauty Insider benefits by managing key programs and campaigns, both in-store and online

Create and execute events to reward loyal clients, inspire tier aspiration, and boost program visibility

Extract data from various sources, conduct thorough analysis, and provide recommendations for campaign and program optimizations

Define measures of success and KPIs to closely monitor program performance

Own the program mechanics include invoicing process, contract management and T&C updates

Work with brands, internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners to lead, drive and execute reward creation and maintenance
- Lead digital creative development process for the Rewards Bazaar, including:

Ensuring creative is in strategy

Working with cross functional partners on strategy for marketing assets

Working with Assistant Marketing Manager to QA marketing assets and execute flawlessly

Collaborate with the tech team on various projects and program enhancements, ensuring completion

Oversee and inspire your direct report, ensuring they are provided with opportunities for professional development

Serve as the expert and loyalty thought-leader for the Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar in meetings, actively engage, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including social, mobile, site, email, production, inventory, brand marketing, events, PR, finance, and store communications teams

We’re excited about you if you have:
- 5-7 years in marketing/advertising, ideally loyalty, beauty or retail experience

2 years of managing 1 or more direct reports

Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines

Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and using data analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics)

Comfortable with uncertainty, adaptable to change, and capable of finding viable solutions even when the path forward is not clearly defined

Innovative thinker, focused on delivering the optimal client experience

Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,840.00 - $124,830.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
