Accounting Assistant
As part of our efforts to provide high quality products and exceptional service, Woodburn Construction is looking to hire an accounting assistant/payroll clerk.
Would be responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate processing of accounts payable and payroll. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both accounts payable and payroll.
Job Description -Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Analyze and process Invoices.
· Manage accounts payable in accounting system to include subcontractor contract payments.
- Enter approved and matched invoices into accounting system.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements. .
- Field vendor/subcontractor phone calls in a professional manner.
- Process weekly/monthly payroll and manage quarterly payroll reports. Assist in quarterly and annual payroll audits (unemployment, taxes, etc.).
- Assist Controller as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Viewpoint/Spectrum experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
