Role Purpose
The Vice President (Fueling Operations) is responsible for leading all assigned fueling locations and operations within the Americas. Leads the Into-plane fueling (ITP) and Fuel Facility (M&O) division team to deliver excellent and safe services across assigned ITP and M&O services. The Vice President Fueling Operations is accountable for overseeing and managing critical customer and related operational issues as well as long and short-term planning that is aligned and contributes to the Menzies strategy and our airline customer's success.
What you will be doing
- An uncompromising dedication to providing a high-quality service to our customer base achieved by accomplishing all duties in accordance with established airline regulations.
- Ensuring service delivery to our customer base in accordance with contracts and within the agreed budget levels.
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are in line with Menzies Health & Safety Regulations and international aviation standards.
- Ownership for aircraft fueling and fuel facility operations and relevant situational awareness and integrity regarding such operations.
- Full accountability for all health & safety issues, operational and financial performance regarding the aircraft fueling and fuel farm operations.
- Monitor airline volumes/forecasts and pre-plan to mitigate potential impact to aircraft fueling operations.
- Analyze issues and establish operational priorities; identify gaps and/or changes required to policies, SOP's, LOP's or other protocols and provide this information to the applicable Functional Managers.
- The leadership, management, planning, coaching and development of all employees, ensuring safe and secure operations, legal and company compliance, implementing IRROP procedures as required with minimal impact to the business.

What we are looking for
- 5 to 7 years management experience in fueling operations.
- A proven track record in managing multiple business units.
- Bachelor's degree in petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering a plus.
- A proven track record in managing multiple business units
- Financial management skills of a medium to large size business.
- Fully conversant with fueling, airline fueling standards, aviation safety and security procedures.
- Clear understanding of contractual terms and conditions related to fueling operations.
- Solid knowledge of Fueling GSE.
- A knowledge of narrow- and wide-bodied aircraft is desirable.
