We are seeking a polished and experienced individual with an eye towards service to join our Leadership Team. Working with Leadership you will play an integral role within the organization and participate in setting the daily tone within the office setting. This individual will succeed should they have varied life and work experience not only in an office environment but also in the Service and Real Estate industries. Ideally, we are looking for a Concierge preferably with a knowledge of Real Estate, but who makes a strong and positive First Impression!
You will be the first point of contact to staff, agents, and clients. You will provide “white-glove service” surpassing the expectations of all who pass through. You will maintain a polished and professional appearance, not just for yourself but for the office as well. You must be reliable in attendance and on time daily. You are able to conduct yourself professionally in a sometimes fast-paced environment and manner and be flexible and able to prioritize work as it comes in. You have a strong ability to anticipate and quickly respond to issues and requests with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and are comfortable making decisions as needed. You are organized and detail oriented with a growth mindset.
Ideal Applicant qualifications –
- Real Estate Experience 2years preferred.
- Administrative / Executive Assistant Experience 2 years minimum.
- Customer Service / Hospitality Experience 2 years minimum.
- Polished in your appearance.
- Superior written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail.
- Service Oriented Mindset!
- Knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and similar.
- 2-year Associates / Undergraduate Degree minimum and/or life experience
- Successfully pass a background & credit check
