The Allen Daniel Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified bilingual (Spanish and English) candidates for our Telephone Collection Representative position. As one of the most experienced debt collection agencies in the Northeast we are looking to expand our team with motivated, reliable, hardworking individuals.
Full-time position offers:
- Monday – Friday work schedule. No nights or weekends!
· Mon - 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
· Tues - Fri – 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- $18.00/ hour salary

Job Description:
- Review and maintain open consumer accounts for collection efforts
- Make high volume of outbound calls
- Record detailed notations on collection activity
- Follow and understand collection rules and regulations
- Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes
- Provide timely follow-up
- Handle all calls in an ethical and professional manner
Education, Experience, Skill
- NO prior third party debt collection experience required
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Call center job experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and keyboard skills is a must
- Punctual and timely attendance
- Eagerness to learn
- All candidates are required to pass background check
