We're looking for a meticulous and analytical Senior Accountant to safeguard the accuracy of our financial reporting and provide the data-driven insights that guide our growth. You'll oversee critical accounting functions, lead month-end procedures, collaborate across the company, and champion compliance and process improvements.
Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Meticulously prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain effective weekly cash forecasting processes.

Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Tax Compliance: Support tax preparation, compliance activities, and analysis of tax implications, collaborating with external tax advisors as needed.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls within the accounting function.

Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute your accounting expertise to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification required.

8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles.

Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Workday and advanced MS Excel skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Working Conditions:

Primarily standard office hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

In-office Monday thru Thursday with remote-work on Fridays.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000 including base and bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX may modify the pay range at any time.
