This position provides administrative support to upper-level management and our sales force. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will be assigned a range of duties that will need to be completed in an efficient and effective manner.
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule and coordinate staff meetings for local office
- Process outgoing mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts in the CRM system
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Update databases and records
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
