PURCHASING CLERK
Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Purchasing Clerk. Responsibilities:
- Process receivers against purchase orders
- Assist Accounts Payable with PO/receiver/invoice issues
- Ensure purchase orders are approved according to company policy
- Assist team with PO requests and preparing POs
- Assist team with monitoring inventory quantities, order status, changes, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems
- Good math and detail orientation
- Critical thinking
- Spanish fluency a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
