DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Technical & Supervisor work and support in selling residential plumbing and sewer systems and related equipment.

Support Plumbing Manager and Sales Team to exceed Companies Sales Revenue Goals

Support Sales Team to maintain a Closing Ratio of 45%
-
Support Plumbing Manager with developing, implementing, and follow through on processes, procedures, and special projects to enhance the performance of the Sales Team
-
Responsible for tracking call count and opportunity count. Will communicate and work with Marketing team and Call Center to ensure call count goals are attained.

Helping keep bottom performers accountable to Sales Process and company procedures. Minimum Sales Revenue of $1.8 million/yr (Avg $150K/mo)

Support Install Coordination, Install Supervisor, Warehouse, Call Center, and Sales Concerns.

Invest time on personal development to increase personal leadership within departments.

Provide an environment that promotes Bell Brothers high standards of performance by all team members.

Sales Supervisor Position Goals

To be accomplished together with Plumbing Manager

The current YTD Closing Ratio is 32%. Goal is to build team to reach 45%

To see increase of 2% per quarter

Reviewing and holding accountable to processes (Sales process and proper paperwork for sold jobs)

Reviewing and Tracking QNS and No Quotes

Bottom Performers. Coach up or Coach out. Min Goal $150K/mo = $1.8m/year

Reviewing all Calls to ensure all processes are being followed.

Weekly 1v1 role play

Weekly Ride along

Tracking their own QNS and No quotes

Office/Admin help to Sales Manager to allow for 1-2 ride a longs per week and to free up for Coaching/Training and monthly 1v1 with each Technician.
