Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' individual needs and goals
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and form to prevent injuries during workouts
- Provide guidance and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Lead group fitness classes and provide modifications for different fitness levels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in exercise physiology and physical education
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy to target specific muscle groups during workouts
- Offer sports coaching for clients interested in improving their athletic performance
- Assist with fitness sales by promoting personal training services and signing up new clients
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and physical education principles
- Experience in program design and creating customized workout plans
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate clients of all fitness levels
- Excellent sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules and track progress
