Responsibilities:
- Provide Patient Care Under the Direction of the Agency
- Provide Medication Reminders to Patients
- Sterilize and Prepare Medical Tools and Equipment
- Transport Patients to Doctor Appointments
- Provide Companionship and Basic Care to Patients
- Maintain a Clean and Healthy Environment
- Daily Duties: Bathing, Dressing, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, & Transportation, Transferring from bed to chair, assisting patient with walking assistance (Using mobility aids (e.g., walker, cane), bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assistance with eating
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with PSS (Personal Support) Duties
- Ability to work well in teams, and with the family

- 5 + Years of Experience in Home Care Industry
