Sales Manager
TARGET:
To lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development plans to acquire new clients, forge strategic partnerships, and maximize revenue opportunities.
CONTENT:
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion for our security company. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the security industry, including physical security, and other related.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion within the security industry.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and client prospecting.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders.
· Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and other strategic agreements to support business objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, human resources, accounting, administration and technology, to align business development efforts with company goals.
· Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to inform business strategy and decision-making.
· Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team to drive performance and professional growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree preferred. Military and / or Law Enforcement background will be highly appreciated.
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the security industry.
· Deep understanding of security solutions, technologies, and best practices, including physical security and other related.
· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Familiarity with security industry regulations, compliance standards, and government procurement processes.
· Experience with CRM and market research tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in Sales in the Security Services industry
Annual Salary:
· BASE: USD$ 48,000.00
· VARIABLE: USD$ 49,300.00 (TARGET)
· TOTAL: USD$ 97,300.00
