Our client is looking for talented and organized Sales Manager to lead a team of six schedulers. This role will require day-to-day coaching, schedule management, negotiation skills and the ability to motivate the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telemarketers responsible for booking appointments for the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Responsible for all the goals set by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize appointment scheduling processes, increase productivity, and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, share insights, and develop coordinated campaigns to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching and training to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to the CMO outlining key performance indicators, results achieved, and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns over the phone and providing exceptional service and support.
- Continuously optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience:
- 8+ years of sales experience, and 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Developed and implemented strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Analyzed sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Built and maintained strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conducted regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and productivity.
