Lead Advisor
Salary = Base of $75,000 to $100,000 plus variable compensation, totaling $125K-$175K
Location = Fort Washington, PA and surrounding areas

Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will roll up your sleeves and work in collaboration with the firm’s founders. An established and highly successful workshop and webinar program brings significant leads to the firm which the financial advisors then work to close and onboard.
In your role as a Financial Advisor, you can expect to:
o Work alongside the entire team to adopt the firm’s philosophies, strategies, values, and standards for your own clients; adopt the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
o Work collaboratively with a service advisor that will be assigned to you to help manage the book
o Adopt the content shared in webinars and workshops to effectively connect with leads and prospects.
o Take on 3-6 new qualified appointments per week, as provided by the firm
o Take an active role in the business.
o Embrace business development opportunities that arise
o Share your ideas and perspectives on the business and the industry
o Discover new or updated tools and resources to keep the firm on the cutting edge
o Ensure a consistent experience for all clients of the firm through:
o Work collaboratively with the firm’s centralized financial planning and tax planning/preparation departments
o Continuously maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
o Responding to client service needs throughout the year
o Staying current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
o Experience working as an advisor in a hybrid RIA preferred
o Bachelor’s degree
o FINRA Series 66 or 63/65; life and health insurance licenses
o CFP® designation, ChFC, or CRPC preferred
o Minimum of ten years of experience as an Advisor, 15+ years in the industry
o Management of $15MM-20MM AUM over no more than 50 households, preferred
o Experience selling fixed index annuity products
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
o Strong computer desktop skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, Sharepoint), Salesforce, Riskalyze, Moneytree, Tax Clarity, Right Capital
o Demonstrated closing ability
o Demonstrated job stability and commitment to career progression
