Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.
Duties:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project management and delivery

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
