Responsibilities
- Assist manager in day-to-day administrative tasks; including email, phone calls, schedule appointments, meeting note-taking
- Assist in writing and distributing email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled meetings; reports, presentations and briefing materials for the CEO
- Assist in maintaining contact lists
- Assist in supporting key CEO projects and initiatives
- Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank
- Draft correspondence and presentation materials
- Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation
- Support and manage special projects as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of, or experience in office management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work projects
- Great attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years executive-level administrative experience or related experience or Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional calendar and time management skills
- Prior experience planning events, meetings, and conferences
- Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both verbally and written
- Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
