Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Oversee the execution and delivery of intelligence reporting across multiple business units within the organization to support decision making
- Buyer support as needed
- Accounting support as needed
- Work closely with IT to develop standardized reporting that may be available to a larger group through the existing data warehouse tool
- Any other data ad-hoc needs as requested
Use all available tools and resources of data to create useful reports on a re-occurring or ad-hoc basis. This would include:
- Review the scope of the reporting needed and validate relevant data sources as needed for the task
- Seek out additional sources of information within the infrastructure as needed
- Cross-departmental communication to clarify needs and collect necessary information
- Develop a templated approach to creating the report to allow for replication and deployment
- Determine the best methodology to present the data to reach the desired outcome
- Present the information in clear, and understandable terms with a summary of the results
- Implement new approaches to the data as needed or adjust the process to match the desired outcome after end user feedback
- Reports include: Sales reporting/forecasting, Monthly royalty reporting to licensor, Sku level reporting, Inventory reporting, Margin analysis, Ad-hoc reporting
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, power pivots)
