Roberts Markland is looking for an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager needed for busy Plaintiff's Trial Law Firm to add to our existing team! Heavy focus & encouragement on developing a long-term career path for professional growth within the firm. We are looking for a Senior-Level Case Manager who wants to join high-energy legal team and that will oversee all case activity in pre-litigation from intake to closing. You must be PUNCTUAL, reliable, passionate, self-motivated, a team-player, and have significant experience as a Case Manager at a personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will be driven with the need to achieve and grow mindset.
OUR EXPERIENCE MUSTS:
- At least 3-4 years' experience managing pre-litigation cases in a personal injury law firm;
- High school diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred);
- Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
WHAT WILL THE JOB REQUIRE?
- Oversee all case activity in pre-litigation from intake to closing.
- Follow up with any unsigned or pending intake documents.
- Educate the client and provide case options and strategies/set expectation and estimated timeframes (never promise anything).
- Communicate with the client and all associated case personnel on a monthly basis and strive to meet client expectations.
- In charge of following up with treatment, LOPs, LORs, Preservations, Demands, any emails or pertinent case documents.
- Set up claims
- Follow up with Police reports.
- Documents all case expenses.
- Secure a successful bodily injury outcome for the client based on projections.
- Strive to keep a lifespan of a case limited to 7 months.
- In charge of documenting all demands completed, settlements, and google reviews obtained.
PRIMARY DUTIES ALSO INCLUDE:
- Monitoring clients' treatment statuses to ensure compliance & progression of their case.
- Notifying attorneys when their assistance is needed in any aspect of the pre-litigation process.
- Investigating and fact-finding for cases.
- Organizing, indexing and tracking files.
- Analyzing and organizing information to produce reports.
GENERAL POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Master organization skills while working in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Texas laws as it applies to personal injury limits, claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance
- Must have solid knowledge relative to local medical providers, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.
