About the Role: Sales Manager
As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our capital-raising efforts and expanding our investor base. You'll lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, leveraging your expertise to execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve ambitious targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering strong investor relationships, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of real estate investment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in line with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key investment institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain investors.
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the investor base.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential investors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse sales team.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to navigate complex market dynamics and drive strategic initiatives.
