Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, make follow up outbound calls, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. We are a fast paced call center serving nine counties in Washington State.
Duties:
- Receive inbound calls, TDD calls, online requests and Fax requests from our clients
- Evaluates the requests and enters request into database
- Assures that all client information is accurate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Proficient in English
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Type 40 wpm
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
