Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible in overseeing and managing all aspects of restaurants operations to ensure its success. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management
· Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
· Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale among employee's.
2. Operations Oversight:
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient restaurant functioning.
· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
· Oversee restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to health and safety standards.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
· Ensure exceptional guest experience by consistently maintaining high service standards.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Encourage staff to provide attentive and friendly customer service.
4. Inventory and supply chain Management:
· Manage inventory levels and minimize waste to ensure adequate stock.
· Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices.
5. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolutions:
· Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts among staff or with customers.
· Make quick and informed decisions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· At least three years related experience required.
· Multi-unit management or district management experience required.
· Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management, staffing, and customer service.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to travel within the district and work flexible hours.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Regular travel as needed.
