**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and work alongside a team of skilled construction workers
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of residential remodeling projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Supervise and train crew members, delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage material and equipment procurement and inventory
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Construction Crew Leader or similar supervisory role in residential remodeling
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in using hand and power tools

Pay: $19.00 - $22.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
