The ERSEA Manager performs professional services work of a managerial nature in planning, coordinating, facilitating and evaluating family services programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervising/monitoring and developing assigned staff/partners, compliance with Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) policies and plans, reviewing/evaluating ERSEA systems to ensure compliance with program standards, facilitating and supporting family and community partnerships, technical assistance and support services to all managers and ensuring compliance with established performance standards and other federal, state, and Agency regulations, policies, procedures and systems.
