Duties
- Lead the business development function, driving growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities
- Develop and execute business development plans and strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private equity firms, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations
- Conduct financial analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with the corporate finance team to develop financial models and forecasts
- Present research and financial analysis to senior management and other stakeholders
- Negotiate and close business development deals, including joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Provide guidance and support to the account executive team to ensure effective account management and upselling opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry and relevant trends and developments
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships
- Strong background in financial analysis, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and financial modeling
- Experience working in private equity or financial services, with a deep understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on growth and innovation.
