Overview of the Role:
The Social Media Manager is a critical role responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote the brand and services.
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers, partners, and vendors to enhance brand awareness and reach.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Manage social media budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage online community by engaging with the users in DMs and comments
- Be available outside of normal business hours when social media needs arise (IE: Special Events, Grand Openings, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience managing social media accounts.
- Experience with Graphic design/Canva.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of programming campaigns across different platforms to maximize engagement and reach, and how to repurpose content across platforms in efficient ways.
- A passion for social media, research, and community building across marketing channels.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
