Position Overview:
As a Software Sales Representative at BEIG System Software, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Leveraging your expertise in software solutions and your ability to understand clients' needs, you will promote our all-in-one business management solution, positioning it as the ideal choice for organizations seeking efficiency and effectiveness in their operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the continued success and growth of our company in the competitive software market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential opportunities for our comprehensive software solution.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of BEIG System Software effectively, showcasing its capabilities in HR, accounting, CRM, and project management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within designated territories or market segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in software sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of software products, particularly in HR, accounting, CRM, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
