Per Diem position available for Day/NOC shift
Effective immediately, the sign on bonus for RNs is as follows with a total of $1500.00:
· 250 at 1 month
· 250 at 3 months
· 250 at 6 months
· 250 at 9 months
· 500 at 12 months
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHCM/CSU roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay at CHCM/CSU in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Provides direct medical and programmatic nursing care to adult patients, ages 18+, utilizing the nursing process and participating in patient and family teaching and discharge planning. Assumes responsibility for completing assigned duties and for supervision of non-licensed nursing staff. Works cooperatively with patient care personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current, valid State of California R.N. license.
- Ability to assess the age specific needs of adult patients, ages 18+.
- Current CPR certification.
- MAB is required within 90 days of hire.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Previous psychiatric/chemical dependency treatment experience preferred.

General Nursing Staff Accountabilities
