Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through telemarketing, cold calling, and screening calls. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services and generate leads, with the opportunity to earn commission on successful contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development programs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
